Quick, Family Friendly Service
I was hit by an inattentive driver several days after purchasing my brand new Outback. The Subaru dealership at Vancouver Mall recommended the body shop after a quick check to make sure the lights on the dash wouldn't prevent safe driving, and from the start, everyone was wonderful. I was seen by Megan almost immediately for an initial estimate of damages; Denise, Tammy and Dianne were all extremely communicative with scheduling drop offs and giving me updates on the status of my vehicle after John took over for final estimates when I brought the car in for final drop off a week or so later. Damages turned out to be worse than initially suspected (bumper, impact bars, paneling, etc), but despite my Outback being brand new with no aftermarket parts, the body shop had it repaired and ready to go before Halloween with twice weekly updates as to what was being worked on and what the status of parts deliveries were. The staff was also willing to send written documentation to me within 24 hour of requesting it for my claims agent. Payment was due at time of pick up, and checking out was very quick as well. The folks at this body shop are well spoken, kind, and we're very sweet to my almost three year old when she had questions or interrupted to make an observation, and I wish people in general could be as patient as everyone I met and spoke with at the shop. 10/10.
