The most blatant fraud I’ve ever experienced from a company
Dealership required “optional” packages to be purchased to buy car at publically advertised price. They also lie and say the packages are already installed but they are not. I was there and talked to service as they installed the packages that I was forced to buy in order to purchase the car.
It was alarming how much these people lied even after being caught in the act.
