Cliente VerificadoAfter reviewing your history, the only brake work that was ever done here was your rear brakes in May of 2009. It is not recommended you drive the car too much with the brakes shot. I would take it up with whatever place passed them. Your vehicle was checked out thoroughly by a very experienced technician to confirm the heater core issue. We certainly apologize if things were not put together properly after inspection - we would have absolutely made it right with you if we had been given the opportunity. We are always ready and willing to do whatever is necessary to keep things right with out clients. We would have been very happy to recheck your car and even show you the brakes had we known you had any questions.
