We have 20+ vehicles coming in on any given day not counting what work is in progress. With an appointment, your vehicle will be looked at that day ahead of others. Your vehicle was thoroughly checked over and estimated and a gameplan was created for the services needed the same day it was brought in.
We appreciate your business and your comments. We do our best to expedite vehicles while still being thorough and effective. But, we can always improve. We understand the frustration that comes from giving up your vehicle for a day, but we will not just rush it through.
