Bought this car less than 6 months ago. Paying over 500.00 in labor. No help from sales or service. And I HAVE MIDDLE WARRANTY
I paid 20,000 for a 2019 Chevy Equinox in July. Check engine light on already. They referred me to a Chevy dealership vs them working on the car. Evap system messing up. 500.00 to fix it. When I bought the car salesman assured me it was a reliable car. I asked them to do an oil change. They said they had just done it not long ago. Oil light was on the following month and guess who had to pay for it? You guessed Me. When I asked them to fix the Evap system they said we can't do anything because you bought the preferred extended warranty pack not the premier. If you want you can bring it back and we can see if we can get you in something different. Who wants a Hyundai when they are being stolen all over the world. You'll be upside down because you only had it about six months. just terrible to pay all that money and the car has problems within 6 months and they leave you hanging out to dry....Be careful who you buy from.
