Bryant at Dennis Hyundai has provided all of the assistance he can. I rate him tops for his efforts. The problem lies with Hyundai and Blue link. I am satisfied that Dennis Hyundai is working on the Blue link issue but the problem lies with the Blue Link system. The Bluelink system is not communicating with the vehicle. This is an issue beyond the dealership to resolve. As long as Bluelink support indicates the dealer has not completed their part and the dealer cannot because the link between the vehicle and the Bluelink system is not functioning. I give the dealer 5 stars but my rating for HYundais Bluelink system is 1 star as they only respond with it will be 3 to 5 days for a response. In 18 days we still have no response.

Bluelink issue
The sales process was easy without a lot of hassle. MSRP was a respected price without pricing above the MSRP. Trtheade in value was above what I expected. Unfortunately, the car could not be registered into the Bluelink system. The Dealer and the Bluelink team seem to be blaming each other. Leaving the customer stuck between the two is not conducive to good customer relations.
