My Van was drifting/swaying. After the Mechanics drove the Van they determined it was the motor mounts. Mark called me explained the issue and said he would research the parts needed. I also had the front struts and rear shocks replaced. The Van had 130,000 miles so I know it was time to replace them. The Van drives and rides like new. I appreciate the professionalism and honesty that The Staff has at Dennis’s Automotive. Mark went out of his way to explain what was needed and why. He researched the parts needed to ensure I had quality parts installed at a reasonable price. Thank you
