I would like to say that my vehicle started having noticeable issues the same day that my brother died. I was trying to rush to him while they were performing CPR. A few days later when I finally a little time I reached out to get the issues resolved. Mr. John was the person who I believe was in charge of diagnosing and fixing my vehicle. He was such a kind soul. He called me each time, even before Carmax called me, to fill me in on everything. He also took his valuable time and patience to speak with me about my loss. He may not know how much of a difference that really made for me. He went above and beyond to help in all ways possible. I'm very grateful. I hope he knows how special he truly is and also how appreciative I am. It would be a shame if the business didn't address or acknowledge how much of an asset he is to them. If he does see this.. Mr. John, THANK YOU! Thank you for your professionalism, your kindness, your words of encouragement, your hard work & determination, and your prayers & love.
