Del's, yes, Timeless Motors, trash!
I live in Los Angeles and I got a PPI from Del's for a Porsche Boxster in Stafford, VA. I was unable to travel to VA to inspect the car, etc. so I looked to Del's.

Del's had good reviews, so I hired them to do the PPI on the Boxster. The staff were excellent and responded to my many questions post-PPI. As good as Del's was, the dealer, Timeless Motors in Stafford, VA was BEYOND deceitful!

The PPI did not include a thorough structural examination, so Del's did not notice that the Boxster had structural damage, which I found out as a result of doing a VERY deep dive into the car's history.

During my research on the car's history, not only did I discover Timeless Motors paid $14K for the car at an auction snd we're selling it at about $18K, I found out they had a history of submitting car damages to Carfax AFTER the sale!

In other words, I almost purchased the car, and afterward, Timeless Motors would have submitted structural damage to Carfax, which my research reveled they have an extensive history of these unsavory tactics.

Again, major kudos to Del's for their professionalism and service, but I wish the PPI would have included inspectioning the car for structural damage. Perhaps they may consider including that in future PPI's, even if it means increasing their fees.

Fortunately, though, I saved thousands of dollars by not getting fleeced by Timeless Motors.

Great Service, Worth the Wait!
Del’s Automotive is a busy shop, so sometimes you might need to wait a bit, but the service is absolutely worth it. The staff is honest, professional, and really knows what they’re doing. They take the time to explain everything clearly, and I always feel like my car is in good hands. Highly recommend!

Inspection
Came in to get an inspection and mentioned a noise on the front drivers side tire. Found out I had a bad ball joint. They took care of the issue quick and at a great price. Can't ask for a better shop than Del's to take my vehicles to. Thank you for the fast and reliable service.

Emergency all wheel alignment
I had ran off the road and hit a mail box to avoid an accident. I called and asked if my car could be fixed same day. I was put on stand by and my car was done same day. They also checked a couple of things for me and topped off some fluid because it needed it. Adrien was super sweet and took good care of me. The owners are very sweet people and the employees give excellent customer service which is long gone in most businesses. Not a fan of chain locations. This is a family friendly business and i prefer local locations that have been in business for years. I have lived in Stafford over 20 years and Dels has always been here. Thanks everyone!!!!

Great Customer Service
Been going to Del's for several years now. Appointments are timely; work is completed when promised - at the quoted price - no surprises. Repairs are fully explained and cost is discussed up front. You'll be treated like a valued customer every time, whether it's a big or small job.
It's an honest, friendly shop that charges fair prices and does excellent work. That's all I could ask for from the folks I trust to maintain our vehicles.

Always the Best
What more can you ask for? Easy appointments, great customer service, fast and reliable maintenance and really good pricing. Want a great reference, come in and sit a couple of times and watch all the regular customers return again and again. Just can't beat Del's.
