I decided I needed an extra key fob for my car. Didn't realize the model of key fob I needed was hard to find. Also didn't realize they were over $600 when parts + service were added together. That price is indeed higher than many other places that I've been. But I wanted that key immediately and there I was.

Brad Robinson, Service Advisor, got me settled in quickly. Now, I wish he'd have told me I needed to pay extra for the key that came with the fob. I wouldn't have done that had I known. But other than that, I'd say the experience was stellar. Brad got me onto the schedule right there and then. Great job overall and I was pleased.

New ownership, NEW problems!
It took forever to find an opening for a basic oil change. Showed up at scheduled date and time and was told I didn’t have an appointment. Rescheduled for a later date and then received an email that I missed my appointment…the one that I was told didn’t exist. Then received a call a week later to reschedule the reschedule. Unacceptable. I asked to have a manager to call me to discuss and the rude receptionist said he’s going to tell you the same thing I’ve told you. Waited several hours once my car was able to be serviced, and all of the customers waiting stated that they would be shopping elsewhere based on their poor experiences, as will I. Definitely a big downgrade from the service that I’ve been accustomed to at this location. The only thing this service center was consistent with was bad service.

three hour wait to be told we don't have the part and that it has to be ordered.
i had bought 3 car's from this dealership. All great car's but when it comes to fixing something, I ran into trouble. Came there 3 months ago and told them what was wrong, and they told me to come back, they didn't even order the part. Went back a month later and the same thing happened. They gave me an appointment for march 10th for 8 in the morning. Got there at 7:45 and there were 5 car's before me all with 8 am appointments. Sat there for 3 hrs;to find out that they didn't have the part tat i needed, today is march 19th and haven't hear from them .i don't know if they got the part or not, but they have my money for the past. I'm very disappointed in there service dept;now.
