I have never had a horrible experience with Dellenbach. This is why I return to purchase vehicles there. The service in the collision center, which installed a trailer hitch and wiring harness yesterday, was wonderful. During my wait for my vehicle, I visited with a guy from the sales side, who spent quite a bit of time explaining the various computer screens in my new vehicle to me. Chris Taylor scheduled my meeting with Jeremy Gleich to talk about the computer stuff. Alan Johnson is a friendly, funny man. He helped me get my car signed in and then was willing to "store" my wad of stuff and charge my phone in his office while I visited with Jeremy. All in all, it was a great visit. AND they washed and vacuumed my car!!! NICE.
