I have been going to delaire for a few years to have my oil changed on both my vehicles. I have a conversion van and a pick up truck.. about a couple of months ago I took my truck in for service received an oil change then left. I then looked under the hood to check things when i got home and it looked like the same filter that was there before the change , wasn't really sure so i put a mark on it ..on 10-27-17 about 4pm I went back for another oil change they changed oi..l when I left I check it again sure enough the same filter was there they changed oil but not filter and charged me for it.. they have lost a faithful customer and I will let them know what they did.. do not use them no telling how many people who do not know better of what to look for to check behind them..
