Timing Chain Repair was done here on my CTS. And now I’m back to the same process again on the same repair. I never was fully satisfied with the quality of work done. But James promised me that my timing was right and would be for a long time. But unfortunately now I have found out that was not true. So I am definitely a unhappy Customer after spending a whopping $3500 for this repair. So after being told if I kept bringing it back I would be charged ,decided to just leave a review. And still not sure about how this shop got 5 stars
