Ethan said he felt like the estimate for repairs was pretty out there. He said he does repairs for a living and when he sees off the market parts and when he sees a mark up over 60 percent and seeing labor that is already being done, it is clear that it doesn't make much sense. He did leave with his vehicle. Ethan said a belt wrapped around his fan, so that has be completely repaired, because they started his vehicle when told them not to. He said he found another place to fix it cheaper, and he won't go back for an oil change because it takes a really long time for that. He said everyone was fine and friendly, but the quote was insane and the markup was pretty out there, 60 percent is pretty out there. He said they were charging for labor that was already being done and he has a whole new issue because they didn't listen when he gave instructions to not start his vehicle.
