Excellent Employees Provide Excellent Customer Service!!
I have been a loyal customer for several years at this location due to the excellent level of service, knowledge, and caring concern provided by Billy my mechanic and Bralio the manager. Furthermore just recently when my car had a dead battery, I was rescued by Jason the towing driver from the Naples location when AAA finally sent him after waiting for 7 hours!! He immediately assessed and fully explained the problem, got my car started and made sure my car made it to Dealers Choice Bonita down the road where the next day my guys there took over. I am extremely shocked with the poor service and poor communication I received from AAA and extremely happy and relieved that they sent my trusted Dealers Choice men to take care of me!!
Please forward this message to AAA. Instead of them contacting me during the day with important delay information, I was the one who had to keep checking their online website for updates from 11:45 am until 7:00 pm when I called customer service. Unbelievable!! Even though my car was in my garage, my son stayed at my home to wait for AAA and lost time from work to help me. So you’re asking me to rate Dealers Choice??? How about I give you a rate for AAA as ZERO!! I had just renewed my membership before this incident because I felt secure thinking that I would have help with any road emergency, as I am a widow senior lady. I am so sorry to say that feeling of security has been taken away now. Thank you for your time and again I ask you to forward this information to AAA Executives, hoping they can improve their service and communication with members in the future.
