My battery would not take a charge; called AAA 10-16; Tech came10-18, Friday, 8:00 PM, and tested. Replaced battery.
Sat AM battery dead. AAA came, no solution and left; car running but Joshua, tech, said do not turn off and left. I called DC at Publix Shping Ctr and left car. Saw mgr Mon AM; he tested battery, had a printout that said replace. Back and forth with AAA, repeating same info re car. Joshua came, no decision, and left. Wed I was called tech; 17-22 minutes away. I waited at shop4 hrs for him; no show. I called AAAin PM and was told no answer to their call in morning. How? I had phone, only no left with AAA was 781 724-6195. Finally was advised to buy a battery by shop mgr, Braulio, so I paid another $220 for a new battery, and $18 to keep battery. I hope you will take back the AAA battery put in on 1st call and refund me my $220.
