Brought my truck in after lunch on a Friday afternoon. I had a electrical issue that caused my battery to lose voltage. Also had bad washer fluid sensor. Dealer Services tested the charging and starter circuits, load tested the battery and tested for draws. They changed the battery and retested again. They also changed the washer fluid sensor. I picked up my truck before they closed at 5 p.m. I'm sure other places would have had my truck for days. Thank you Dealer Services
