do not give straight answers when asked certain questions.
the last few times i have been to the shop i have been very dissapointed. I have been given three different answers for the same reason and same problem. lost trust. I dont think i will return to do any bussiness. I also believe i was over charged on the last visit. The service has gone down and prices have gone way up. They left the trunk lights hanging after they installed the trunk switch. I didnt want to bring the car back after that.

Mr. Bridges, we at Dealer Alternative Solutions take pride in our customer service and work. We feel our pricing is competitive and try to provide the best service to our customers. You had ordered trunk switch and solar switch the solar switch was not used and refunded and the original switch was not the correct one you only got billed for the correct switch and two O-ring needed in addition no labor was charged to replace your micro switch. We have spoken to the technician on the trunk lights and apologize if this was our error. Reviewing your prior invoices we feel the work and pricing is well priced for the work requested and performed.
