THE LAST TIME I WAS THERE TO GET SERVICE FOR MY MONTERO SPORT DE ANZA AUTO CHARGED ME $1,150. DE ANZA AUTO DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM WITH THE NO SMOG PASS ISSUE!!! SHORTLY AFTER THIS THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WENT ON!!! DE ANZA AUTO STILL CHARGED ME!!! I TRIED CALLING MO SEVERAL TIMES AND HE NEVER RETURNED MY CALL!!! MO IS EITHER THE OWNER OR THE SHOP MANAGER. YOU SHOULDN'T TREAT YOUR CLIENTS THIS WAY!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!! THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!! ONLY IN IT FOR THE PROFIT!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS!!!

Fast and attentive service
Busy Labor Day weekend! Took care of me and my concerns with my AC right away! Mentioned some things to look out for that I was concerned about. Also took care of my usual car maintenance, oil change, tires ect.
Tracy said it took this business a long time to call her back. The quality of work they performed was good but they were not the best at returning phone calls to see if her vehicle was ready. She would not recommend them for smog tests but would for pretty much everything else.

Tracy said the business told her they fixed something they did not fix. The windshield fluid still does not work, but they are really great and very accommodating. Even if she calls for the same day, they are able to fit her into their schedule.
