Subpar work for overpriced estimates.
First impression the body shop and ladies on the phone were great, but can't say the same for the rest of it. The insurance company and DB estimates were not in line with each other so I need to pay the difference out of pocket. I said sure why not its a Subaru Certified Collison Shop. I need to drop off the vehicle 3 different times. First time was because Front fender had Pinholes in the Paint, The bumper had harsh paint lines dirt in the paint on both doors, parts of the lower fender wasn't painted and parts was overpainted. Second time the techs left grease fingerprints in the interior of car, More pinholes in fender paint,. missing paint on the door, dent was still visible, they managed to get BLACK spray paint on the lower side skirt and lower fender, dirt in paint again in both doors. Glued On foglight bezels lol. half ass install the window trim. They repainted the doors and fender that was what i was told, the lower fender wasn't touched. The colors are off, The hood is OEM paint and whole passenger side was touched by DB and i have 3 different shades of white on the car. They really cared about blending the paint. Which is a joke. No one there has an eye balls to see any of it. They just want to take your money and rush the garage they do and get you out.
