Extortionist!!

My car needed an oil change and a sticky thermostat, they later listed more things they felt I needed amounting to 9 to 12 thousand dollars. I told them I don't have that much now but please do what I first asked for, I'd pay for that and pick up my car when ready. Elisabeth at Davies told me "NO" I could not have my car until these extra service where not agreed to and performed I could not have my car as it could not be driven off their lot. So I had to have my car towed home though it was being driven there that morning with no problems. This was a attempted extortion.
