Exceeded all expectations!

This is the first time I have ever been here and I was just blown away by the excellent customer service. For the last 30 years, I’ve always went to Walmart, Fleetfarm, or Sam’s club for new tires and after my experience at Dave’s Tires, I feel like a fool for doing so. I contacted Dave’s Tires for a quote on a specific set of tires. The quote can back fast but I wasn’t sure if they were the best tires for my driving situation. I had the pleasure of communicating with Ryan and explained to him what I needed out of a set of tires and what kind of driving I primarily do. Ryan suggested a different set of tires and they were actually a couple hundred dollars less than the tires I was going to initially get! This conversation was through several emails because I work night shifts which I’m sure was a pain for him. Ryan made it so easy for me and took out all of the guesswork which really made the process so easy. I made an appointment and when I went in I was greeted by a very friendly and professional staff and a very clean and welcoming environment. This place is the real deal!! From now on, this is the only place that my wife and I, and our adult children and their spouses will be going to. P.S. The tires that Ryan recommended? Absolutely perfect!! THANK YOU!!
