Ok, so I just relocated to Layton, Utah and needed a mechanic. My car had a couple of minor issues and every mechanic I went to tried to upsell me or sell me the wrong service. Fed up, I decided to drive home. I saw Dave's going home and stopped in. It was the best decision ever. I explained everything and they made an appt. the next day. I paid the deposit for the part and left. The next day I showed up and the shop was in chaos. They apologized and promised to have it fixed the next day. I was cool with that as stuff happens. Not more than 10 minutes later my daughters school called saying she needed to get to the hospital ASAP. I sped over, grabbed her and got her there. It was determined she may need further treatment in another city and they would let me know how to proceed. I called Dave's and explained said situation. They told me to leave her there, grab my other kiddos from school and go to their shop. Which I did. They took my car straight back to the bay and drove me back to the hospital. They had my car fixed and drivable under two hours due to this emergency. This company cares about its customers and went out of its way to help me. I know in my heart no other mechanic or shop would have done this. Their prices are fair and actually cheaper than their competitors. I would recommend Dave's to anybody to get their car fixed. They will get stellar customer care, an honest mechanic an great prices. I know I will be going back and they have business for life.
