Spoke with Mary. She said Dave does the little things which make a difference. She had a problem during bad weather. He said he would be there is twenty minutes but he was able to get there in fifteen minutes. On another occasion, there was an accident in her driveway, which occurred when there were horrible foggy conditions. He arrived immediately, spoke with the police officers, got all of the vehicles out of the driveway and came back to clean up the area. He has big dogs at the business, which gives her an increased sense of security if she has to leave a vehicle overnight. She would definitely recommend the business.
