Cliente VerificadoIm sorry to hear your vehicle is giving you trouble. Donna you asked us to install a part you supplied. That part is defective and the brand you purchased has no labor warranty. The instalation was done properly. When we supply the parts we make sure everything is fully warrantied. As far as alighnment price you did not have a standard alighnment done. We do not even do alighnments here. You had a new steering rack and pinion installed so vehicle had to be sent out to have this done and thats why it appears to be slightly more. That said I do understand you are fustrated and we would be willing to to help so please feel free to reach out. Thank you.
