One star is to many for this place

DONT TAKE YOUR MONEY TO DAVE SMITH NISSAN! Two times I have had a car lined up to buy working with a SLEAZEBALL named Todd Bos. Asked for an itemized breakdown of the price. It was a thousand over what it should have been. Only for him to tell me it's a "pre installed protection package". Like an alarm? Nope.. literally some cosmetic warranty covering oxidation and sun damage and other crap no one will ever use. Not only does he not tell me it's optional, he tells me it's preapplied to EVERY car they sell. You have no choice in the matter. I said that sounds illegal unless it's listed in the purchase price. He gets passive aggressive and literally lets the car get sold out from under me. Two times in a row he's done this with an Altima and a Subaru. At this point it's my fault for even letting him message me still after the first time. Will provide pictures so you can see how slimy this man is. DONT DEAL WITH TURD BOS, sorry I mean TODD BOS. Grimiest little kid imaginable. Stereotypical sleazy salesman. Go to Google reviews I have posted the text interactions between myself and Todd Bos so you can see for yourself

Excellent Experience at Dave Smith Nissan

Had a 100% 5 star GREAT experience with Dave Smith Nissan! Rowan is a great sales manager and communicator. I was lucky to work with Travis who was so nice, thorough, helpful and a pleasure to work with to get my new vehicle! Travis explained everything so well and really went the extra mile for me in so many ways! Cody is really friendly, nice, professional, and also a great pleasure to work with on all of the details and paperwork. Getting a new car was so easy and enjoyable! Thank you Travis and Cody and the whole Dave smith Nissan Team!

I got my first car from this dealership. Interacting with the employees was a great experience. They were so helpful in finding me the car that I needed. Travis was extremely patient with my questions and concerns. He was able to give me the proper advice on which car would accommodate my requirements. One of the best deals I have ever received.

2016 Ford Edge

Purchased it 6 months ago. Very pleasant experience with sales staff. No complaints there.
Recently the airbag light comes on occasionally disabling the AC, power windows and mirrors, and God only knows what else.
Took the car to Gus Johnson Ford. Of course the problem doesn’t happen for them, and until it does they have no idea what to fix.
So here’s the kicker. Service tech faintly remembers a similar situation with a car last fall. He said they had the car for a month and a half and couldn’t duplicate the problem. He looks into it and discovers the customer that brought the car to them was none other than DAVE SMITH NISSAN. Yes it’s the same vehicle. So DSN takes the car back and sells it to the first unsuspecting buyer, (that would be me) not revealing the problem with air bags.
NOT COOL DAVE!!!!

I would not recommend this dealership I dealt with sonny a total liar when I complained the manager said he would handle it again lies I just purchased a new Nissan from Robertson Nissan the difference was amazing avoid this dealership at all cost Dave Smith sucks

Great sales person (Tony) Your finance guy sucks

Tony was great and was not pushy, did a really great job with us. Your finance guy sucked as he tried on multiple occasions to get us to buy dealers extras like an extended warranty. To the point that he lost his composure and it was clear by his posture, eyes and facial expression that he was pissed off about it. Frankly, I felt like reaching across the table and bitch slapping him for the way he was acting. Fire him keep Tony.

Jim in the service department is always very nice and will explain anything you don't understand. Willing to make sure the customer is taken care of. I like seeing the same faces over time. It says a lot about a business if you have long term employees.
