Oil change & NC inspection
Was there 20 minutes early. There weren’t that busy took my car back as soon as I got there and it was finished in about 30 to 45 minutes. Love these guys

In and Out
I called this morning about needing to get in for an inspection and Dakota was able to fit me in this afternoon. I arrived a few minutes early, was immediately helped at the desk, and my car was taken back. Not even 15 minutes later I had paid and was on my way home. Thankful for a quick and flexible team! (And the adorable dogs in the office made my afternoon.)

Impressive!
What started out as a bit of a delay to meet my appointment time was quickly remedied and then some —— due to Dakota’s quick location of the cause and inexpensive means of repairs. He showed, explained and repaired another shop’s poor work. I WILL be giving them more business at first opportunity!

Service was good, problem was not found
I was satisfied with the service but sad that the issue was not found, although Dakota told me he acknowledged the issues that were present, but disappointing the issue was not found.

We appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear you were satisfied with the service. It's definitely frustrating when the root of the issue doesn't reveal itself, like playing a game of hide and seek with your car. In some cases we have to wait for the wear to develop further. We don't throw parts at cars like some other facilities. Give me a shout as it becomes more consistent. We went through every bolt and joint on the passenger side front suspension to check for looseness and or wear and there is nothing evident.

Sorry allow me to clarify
Sorry guys it's been a long day and I forgot to clarify the part where I mentioned being a mechanic pretty much all my life.
Just wanted to let everyone know that for the past 9 years I've been a double amputee and getting old also I count on Dakota and his team to take care of my vehicle I know all about pricing parts labor and what is broken and what's not and actually the thing is I've never gotten into this part of my past life with anyone there. So believe me when I tell you my knowledge of all of this I can say Dakota is beyond reasonable. Again good,honest, super folks like this.
Hard to find. Morales are deeply etched in a person as they grow as a person, there's no volume knob on that it can't be turned up or down so you can adjust it to be able to treat certain people whether they are of a different skin colar or whatever it may be, . Morals are just loud and clear all the time and everyone speaks that language. Keep on keeping on guys thanks again.

As always excellent team Dakota.
I am at the point now that
I'm beginning to consider myself a long time customer at Dakota s once again today I found myself in a bit of a delima and thank God was near Dakota's shop when my tire I had attempted to repair myself the evening before tricked me holding air perfect overnight went down suddenly as I rolled into Dakota's the last bit of air was seeping out of it. I went in the office spoke to the girls briefly and never mentioned that a big hurry I was in running a very important errand for my father I knew I didn't have to even though these guys stay very busy all the time did you ask her incredible trust me I know all my life pretty much I have been a mechanic and pop ins like this pulling a technician's attention away from what he is doing is not good but these guys never hesitate I was not even there I don't believe in the entire 10 minutes incredibly apologizing a couple different times for me having to wait the less than 5 minutes I had been
exploiting the candy dish in the office. Lol Fyi Dakota after 3 minutes of me in the office I would not find it unreasonable if an extra $10 office candy surcharge sup on my Invoice. . Ha ! I was there less than 15 minutes thanks guys I made it to my destination in plenty time which was unbelievably important that I did. I explained I realized they were accommodating me not to hurry I could wait no problem. less than 15 minutes. . please understand I don't recommend this be practiced on any kind of regular basis but simply put good-hearted people are going to drop what they're doing and help anyone in an emergency. . That's what you find at Dakota's consistently. Thanks again guys for saving the day you have no idea just how important what you done was. I look forward to seeing you guys again soon and just one more thing I told Jim today Dakota that after 1 year of my front end being replaced by you guys it's still let go of the wheel on the straightaway and it rides nobody has touched a thing since you guys now that's impressive. We love you guys thanks again God bless you all
