I was driving in to drop my car off for an oil change when something happened. I limped the car to the shop, walked in and said she's broken. Larry grabbed my keys and went right to work on it. 30min later he fixed it and said I was good to go. I questioned the quick time. Turns out he didn't know I had an appt for an oil change. He thought I dropped in and he still gave me excellent service. I wouldn't ever take my car anywhere else and they make me want to stick with volvo when it's time for another car just so I can continue to receive their amazing customer service and drive my car knowing it's in good shape and won't break down. They treat my car like it's their own, each and every time.
