I saw the news interviewing the owner and my fiance also have his vehicle serviced at A'ddario's. I was pleased with the service, they were polite, personable meaning they knew their clients as they came in, they took the time to explain what was needed. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle to A'ddario's.

Great work, price, and people!
They're just a good business/family. I generally don't like doing business with family owned businesses, but they are just remarkable people. The price is more than fair compared to some big name places and the work is done right the first time. At my job, they have long time loyal fans! D'Addrios is one of East Hartfords best kept secrets. I shouldn't praise them so much, it'll be hard to get an appointment, but they so deserve it. Shouts out to Angie, Matt, Pops, and the whole crew! It doesn't matter what town you're from, once you give them a shot, you'll definitely be back for whatever else you need. Their number is 860-289-6427. Go ahead and become a believer- I'm locked in for life!

Transparency and timely sensitive communication

They fixed my car in a timely manner. When the price went over quoted price they gave me detailed reason why.
