Honest and Consistent - Very Reliable

I never feel as if they are exploiting my ignorance. They are always very kind and patient when explaining everything to me in very basic terms without coming across as condescending. There is plenty of seating & space in the very clean lobby, so you never feel like you're sitting atop the other customers. There's a very clean bathroom, which is fabulous bc it seems like I have to pee every 30min lol They also provide coffee... for what else could one ask?! :)
