I RECEIVED NOTICE THAT MY CAR WAS READY FOR THE 80,OOO CK. bROUGHT IT IN ASK THAT THE CHECK BE DONE AND TIRES ROTATED. after waiting 3 hrs. I went to pick up my car. I was told tires were rotated and a few recommendations were made. I asked about the 80,000mi ck. It had not been done. I have to bring it back and wait another 3 hours. I was told it was a communication error. You have the info. on my car, should that have not be checked before work began and the 80,000 mile check be noted. I could have easily been contacted by cell phone. Very disappointing. I have been pleased with the service in the past so I will try one more time. I like that you are local. At his pt.
