I took my car in for servicing and told them I would wait. After an hour and half I wasn’t called so went into office and my car hadn’t been started as it had been overlooked. This had never happened before so waited while they did it right away. For the mistake I was given a discount on my bill which I felt was very considerate and appreciated. This place has always done a great job for me and I do realize mistakes do happen. I definitely would go here again and recommend to people and actually have done in the past.
