Stopped in right at closing time with a wood screw in my left rear tire. I was almost cringing when I opened the door. I expected to be told to "beat it, we're closed!" But none of that, the service advisor told me they'd take care of it and didn't mention the fact that it was 5:30. By 5:45 I was paying the bill and back on the road!
