We had a terrible experience with Crash Champions on NM-14. We started this process three months ago and still no appointment! They are saying August now??? Not only did it take weeks to get an estimate, after the guy said 2 or 3 days, the receptionist, Rosemary is just a nasty person. My SO called to schedule our repairs and she has quite rude. When he sighed, she hung up on him! Then she had the nerve to call me and tell me he was rude and that she would only deal with me from now on. Well, good luck lady, because there is no way I'm bringing you my business now. I've known this man for 6 years, he's retired military and I have never seen him treat anyone rudely. Nice try. We definitely do not recommend Crash Champions and suggest they get a new receptionist.
