Not satisfied with my last visit. I’m assuming it was Curt who met me in the parking lot to chat about my car issue. He did not hesitate to say what he thought the problem was. Later got the call that said it was something other than what Curt thought. Thinking you had time to investigate and decided on something I gave approval for the $700.00 repair. I have no idea what happened but something happened when the car was in your shop. Normally quiet the car was very loud. I was thinking maybe the exhaust was knocked loose a bit. That’s exactly what it sounded like. Then 2 weeks after your $700.00 repair the car started doing the exact same thing. That will not happen now because our faith and comfort in your abilities have been shattered.
Called and sent message and never got a response back. The year before it needed $6000.00 dollars of transmission work. Instead of bickering with you guys about the work we decided to trade the car in on another one.
We live right across the street from the shop in Towerpoint. Friendly was our go to place but they sold out and reviews weren’t impressive at all. That’s when we found you which we were extremely excited since we could walk to the shop.
