I brought my 2013 Hyundai Accent in for outstanding service recalls on 7/1/24. Not all of the parts were in stock, and I was told that the dealership would contact me when they came in.
On 8/29, I called to check if the parts had arrived. I was told they came in on 7/29. The reason why I wasn't contacted was, "The computer system was down."
