Makes me feel like they are just trying to sell stuff. Not really taking care of my vehicle.
So when they tell me I need a brake job. I feel its another sales ploy. So I listen. then take my vehicle to another shop.
I feel in general all the add ons for sale. Spill out to all their services. I don't feel comfortable other than an oil change.
