Do not buy USED from this dealer
Miserable experience so far with Crossroads Hyundai of Loveland. Purchased vehicle from them in October. Within a week car shows signs of oil leak. Take to have oil changed and checked out, where mechanic tells us we should take back to the dealer as the engine is failing. When we call Crossroads we are told by their "salesman of the month," Bojangles that they cannot see the future, when clearly they knew this car's damage when they took it in as a trade-in.........but still happily sold it to a customer. No wonder Bojangles is the 'salesman of the month' as he can unload cars for thousands of dollars that will not even last weeks on the road.
Two months pass and we still do not have a title. Numerous calls to title manager requesting the title so we can try to get rid of the lemon we were sold and they do not answer the phone. "The destination voicemail box is full. Call for yourself and press #6; 970-267-5072. This is the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle and could not wish for any indi

I would recommend this dealership
I found this dealership to be easy to work with and my salesman, Kalin, to be very patient and helpful when I was looking for a new car. I’ve always dreaded the ordeal of buying a car in the past but this experience went well. With all the new safety features and tech capabilities it can be a difficult choice. I looked at multiple cars and came back 3 times before I settled on the Tucson SEL. He explained everything and was pleasant to work with. My only issue would be how they really encourage you to finance the car rather than pay cash which I wasn’t interested in doing. Nevertheless I love my new car and feel they worked well with me to get the sale completed.

Poor dealer
Purchased a new 2022 Tucson last June and it was bad experience. Now we make an appointment for our first service for 9am 6/1/23. They say it will be 1 to 2 hours before service will be completed, give me a break. If you are smart find a different deal, these people are losers.

Pay attention to the poor reviews. They are real
If I could give a lower star rating I would. I have a friend who took his car in 5 months ago after his car was not running properly and the check engine light came on. First they said it needed a software update. Problem not fixed after update. Then after multiple other break downs they finally replaced the motor due to a known defect with these motors. They fail to communicate with him after numerous calls and give him the run around with providing him transportation while they tinker with his car for 5 months. I have been his transportation. This dealership would never earn my business after this experience.

Service as we like it
Having a service appointment fulfilled on schedule is always appreciated. This I've experienced several times at Crossroads, as well as expedient appointment durations - getting the work done within the estimated time window or better. On both counts, good work here. I'll be back.
