Exceeded our expectations again!
Ben and his staff are consistently professional and friendly. We had an urgent repair on our vehicle and the guys were able to quickly and correctly diagnose and repair not one, but two issues with our car, and for less than the original estimate from another service provider. I appreciate the integrity and honesty I've come to expect every time I walk through the doors. Having a mechanic you can trust is so important, and I highly recommend Crossroads Automotive.

Another great visit
Ben and his crew are professional, thorough, and competent. I took my car in for an oil change and inspection before a road trip. They told me about some trouble spots to keep an eye on, but as always, they didn't try to push any repairs or upsell me. I'm so grateful for a mechanic I can trust to do a good job with integrity. Timing belt replaced And all other associated belts, water pump and tensioners were fixed quickly and at a fair price. I have only had great experiences hertat Crossroads automotive. I be scheduled the same service for another car.

Stutzman Automotive continues to be spectacular every time I go there!
Each time they work on a vehicle of ours we are treated like the most important customer in the world. Not only that, the diagnosis is correct and precise (not just throwing parts at a problem) and the price of the repair is very reasonable!! Can't recommend anyone more highly.

Integrity can't be bought
I've used Ben's services since 2015, and followed along to their new location up north.
It seems as though one of the hardest things in locating a good, reliable, affordable mechanic's shop is being sure they are telling the truth, not trying to sell you something you don't need, or just taking advantage of you and/or your fear for lack of knowledge when it comes to fixing cars (think of the bad wizards in all of those Hollywood movies)

This big issue doesn't have any place at Crossroads Automotive by Stutzman.

I've grown to trust their vehicle diagnostics, and resulting suggestions and decisions are always for my best interests, keeping my needs in mind over their own.

The kind of loyalty that will keep me going there cannot be bought, but it certainly has been earned.
