I have a trailer hitch attached to my 2020 Traverse

I felt like I was overcharged for the job that was done. I sat in the Lobby for and an hour and decided to go see what was happening with my vehicle. It was on a lift and an employee was casually taking screws out of the bumpers and fenders very slowly. Just taking his time and not really getting anywhere. A little later going into the second hour there are 3 people working on it and they get it finished in about an hour. So they charge me for 2 hours labor and it come to $306.00.
