I had high hopes for Crews chevrolet collision center and they were quickly crushed! I took my Lexus in to be repaired after an accident. Recommended by USAA, but honestly they need to be removed from the list of repair shops. My truck was repaired too fast and definitely not to my satisfaction! My hood was not realigned properly and there was noticeable space on each side of my hood. After several attempts to get this repair shop to fix it correct, it was evident that they have no clue how to fix Lexus vehicles. My interaction with the manager Chris was not the best at all. When I notified him of the issues with my hood, he suggested that I go to the Lexus dealership and look at the same vehicle's hood and compare. I did go there and I was definitely correct about my vehicle not being repaired right, after Lexus looked it over, Chris then said it was nothing else he could do after they had already been paid and it was not his problem. I then had to get my adjuster involved again and he had me take my vehicle to a better repair shop and they corrected all the issues that Crews Chevrolet collision center claimed weren't fixable. I will definitely let my family, friends and co-workers know to never take their vehicle to Crews chevrolet!
