I dropped off my vehicle for an estimate after being involved in an accident.
Called every other day to get an update. Received no call back or anything. Finally heard back from my service representative 2 weeks after dropping off my vehicle after telling the front desk that I wasn’t to pick up my vehicle and take it elsewhere. Took another week to finally get my vehicle back. They tried to over charge me on “restocking fees” on parts that they had on order and have not yet received.
Their communication skills are pretty much non existent. When I came by to try and pick up, they didn’t have it ready. Car was still intact and I had to wait a few more days because they were “busy” with end of month and 4th of July weekend closure.
