I purchased a vehicle in Nov. 2022. After a few adjustments the vehicle was very satisfactory. The salesperson, Olivia, was very respectful, knowable, and concern that all details were to my satisfaction. Two weeks ago, my vehicle was due for service. I was made aware of the vehicle exchange program, I really had no intentions of trading the vehicle purchased in Nov. 2022; however, Olivia was able to show me what I could qualify for in a new 2023. Well, after seeing what was available , I made the decision to purchase the 2023 Tucson. I really appreciate the hospitality and professionalism provided by the staff, especially Olivia and also Jermaine. Thanks again!!!
