The service department is horrible if you need a shuttle you might as well walk I was late for work twice waiting on a shuttle back to work. They also ran my car through the car wash and knocked my antenna off and places it back in my car without saying a word to me. I told them not to ever wash my car and they did anyway. One time they were suppose to pick me up from work and they never showed up and yes they knew I needed a ride because I had just texted someone about picking me up. I talked to the service manager Larry and that was a complete waste of time his exact words were "ok so I will make a note on your account that you don't want a shuttle or car wash". He never addressed the issue. I also spoke with the Chris in the finance department so I can get my money back on the pre paid oil changes that I purchased when I financed my car he was a little better but again he never addressed the problems that I had he stated that they are short staffed and that is why it is the wait time it so long for oil changes. When my husband took me around the building to get my car what do we see but one of the techs riding around on a hoover board. That is one of the reasons your service time is so long the techs that are showing up for work are playing around. Needless to say I will not be going back and I highly recommend you guys go to a different car lot if you want better service.
