Ernie said JJ and Andreas, particularly JJ, in the past have been incredible people to service his vehicle. Even though he could get the work done for free with the warranty at the manufacturer, he keeps going back to this business. He's known them here, and they are super honest and good human beings. They're very up-front and calm, and they explain things. They're fair with what needs to be done and have good follow up for the work. Sometimes they go beyond what is expected and they check his vehicle out, and give him the right information to get things done the right way.
