I bought a car almost 3 weeks ago. They sold me a car with faulty air conditioning. The air works and then goes out…they acknowledged that this happened when o brought it back the 2nd time. They’ve now had my car for 3 weeks and haven’t fixed anything. This has been the absolute worst buying experience I have ever had!!!! They lied about the miles on the car and their pricing is misleading…they make you think you’re getting a better deal and then they hit you with all the fees and make you buy extra things like LoJack and gps services. Very unethical business. I have never bought a car and not been able to drive it for 3 weeks out the gate because something is wrong with the car. Just terrible!!! I’ve emailed multiple people and I haven’t gotten anyone to return my email…I had to call the service department for him to say nothings wrong with it when they’ve already acknowledged that the air is inconsistent. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!!!!
