One of if not the worst buying experience I have ever encountered. First want to say alfonso the Sales person was great the finance and management are horrible. Spent over 2 hours there coming to an agreement and old price. I sign a paper agreeing to those terms and price. I go to finance and management and the guy has completely something different then what we agreed on asking for more money and down payments that was not agreed on. They also agreed on a few other things that when we got to sign papers was a complete lie and was just to get me to get further in the sale process. Luckily I argued and demanded what I agreed on. But definitely seems like management tried to take advantage of me. And then for the past week since I've bought the car I have been trying to get ahold of Drew or Donna. It's now be 6 days each day with 5 phonecalls to them once I get transferred to there kine it goes to voice mail or get hung up. Very very unprofessional. Still have not gotten everything figured out. Would not recommend any one to go here. And really wish I went with another dealer ship
