I was unable to remove the drain plug on the front differential of my Tacoma truck. I partial dinged up the hex hole in the drain plug. I took my truck in and supplied a new drain plug, gear lube and seals. They charged me 1.5 hours of labor to change the front differential oil. I looked at the old drain plug. They did not have to drill it or weld it, they just removed it with a wrench. This is a job that takes 15 minutes. These people are liars and thieves.
