Took vehicle in to have a miss diagnosed and when identified the it was asked what the cost would be, a value was never given. When asked home many hours, no value was given. Don’t let them do any work until the exact work is defined and a price for the work is given and agreed to. It’s also better if your a guy and not a girl when you talk to them about prices to do the work, but even then you will have to be persistent. It will save you thousands of dollars you didn’t need to spend.
