I cannot recommend Cottman enough! Their customer service is over the top and my new transmission runs like a dream. They are super knowledgeable, easy to work with, and have fast turn around times. I highly recommend their services and would give them more than 5 stars if I could.❤️

I called and asked for a price to replace the torque converter clutch in my 2015 GMC Acadia and was told $1200. I thought that was really cheap and asked her to make sure, she confirmed it and even called me back to give the correct price. After dropping the vehicle off the next day I get an email to approve work for over $6000. I immediately called and said, "No, that sounds like a bait and switch!" Long story short I took my car to a local GMC dealership who performed the job for $4652.29. I feel bad for anyone who wouldn't have known better and would have just paid that. The dealerships are almost always the most expensive, but somehow managed to beat this shops price by $1500. The second photo from the dealership also included a 4 wheel alignment. Buyer Beware
